Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified QA Engineer with ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification to join a leading client in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for professionals with 3 to 4 years of experience in quality assurance within the Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Petrochemical sectors. The position offers a competitive salary based on experience and requires local candidates already residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) across various departments. Key duties include conducting thorough internal audits, managing non-conformance reports and corrective/preventive actions, verifying that deliverables meet all design and functional specifications, and maintaining meticulous control over quality documentation and records. Coordination with quality control teams to manage as-built documentation and active participation in QA/QC meetings to resolve quality-related issues are also essential.

Required Skills and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
• Possession of an ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certificate is required.
• 3–4 years of proven experience in quality assurance roles within the Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Petrochemical industries.
• Strong command of English for effective communication.
• Ability to interpret and apply international codes and standards confidently.

Technical and Behavioral Competencies

Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and ISO standards, combined with expertise in quality processes and documentation. Mechanical engineering knowledge relevant to industry standards is crucial. Behavioral qualities such as being results-driven, a cooperative team player, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure are highly valued.
