Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to oversee the execution of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works for pump station and water infrastructure projects in Dammam. This role involves managing project activities from planning to completion, ensuring all work adheres to schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Engineer will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all project phases, including:

• Managing the overall delivery of MEP work specific to pump stations and water infrastructure.
• Planning, organizing, and monitoring project activities to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
• Maintaining effective communication and coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensuring strict adherence to National Water Company (NWC) standards, technical specifications, and approval protocols.
• Reviewing technical submittals, shop drawings, and approving materials to guarantee compliance.
• Overseeing quality control and safety measures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Leading site teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth operations.
• Managing testing, commissioning processes, and the preparation of project handover documentation.
• Compiling progress reports and participating in client coordination meetings for seamless communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Strong technical knowledge in MEP systems with hands-on experience in plumbing.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, project planning, and managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to review and manage technical submittals effectively.
• Excellent leadership capabilities with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
