Who We Are Looking For

We want to connect with individuals who is currently working as a Freelancer / Managers who currently working and earn as a silent partner :

Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical engineering projects within the KSA market.

Business Acumen: A proven ability to bring in new projects (Business Development) through existing networks or tenders.

Execution Skills: Hands-on experience managing and delivering projects on-site in the Eastern Province (Dammam, Khobar, Jubail, etc.).

Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of local regulations, Aramco/SABIC standards (if applicable), and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

Project Acquisition: Identifying and securing new contracts or sub-contracts in the industrial or construction sectors.

End-to-End Management: Overseeing the execution, manpower coordination, and quality control of the project.

Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact between the client and our corporate office
