A reputable MEP contracting company located in Dammam is looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor (QS) and Junior Estimation Engineer. This role focuses on preparing precise cost estimates for Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out detailed quantity surveying and estimation tasks related to various MEP disciplines. This includes preparing material take-offs, cost analyses, and supporting project budgeting to ensure accurate financial planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience specifically in MEP quantity surveying and estimation.
• Degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Strong understanding of Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and HVAC systems estimation procedures.
• Good analytical skills with attention to detail to produce accurate cost estimates.
