Job Overview

A reputable construction company with a strong presence in the Oil & Gas sector since 1980 is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor for a Saudi Aramco project based in Jubail. This role requires candidates who hold a diploma and have a minimum of five years’ experience working on Saudi Aramco or Sabic projects within Oil & Gas plants.

The position is available for candidates on Iqama transfer only, emphasizing the company’s commitment to hiring skilled professionals already within Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

The Mechanical Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing mechanical activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and maintaining safety standards. The candidate will coordinate with teams to execute tasks effectively while supervising work progress and quality control aspects related to mechanical installation and maintenance.

Requirements

• Diploma in a relevant mechanical discipline.
• At least five years of proven experience working on Saudi Aramco or Sabic Oil & Gas projects.
• Ability to manage site operations in line with industry standards and safety protocols.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to supervise teams on the ground.
