Job Overview

We are seeking five experienced Mechanical Sales Engineers to join our team based in Dammam. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong technical background and proven expertise in sales within industrial sectors such as hand or power tools, hydraulic products, systems, spare parts, or heavy equipment components.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth by building lasting client relationships, delivering compelling presentations, and negotiating effectively. A solid understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems will be essential to accurately address customer needs and provide technical solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in technical sales roles within industrial product sectors.
• Strong abilities in client relationship management and effective communication.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Sound knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Proficient computer skills and good command of communication tools.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range from 3,000 to 5,000 SAR, finalized after interview.
• Standard working hours of 8 hours per day with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the regular rate.
• Accommodation and transportation provided by the company, or an allowance of 500 SAR.
