Description
We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Mechanical Engineer with strong experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical design, and heavy equipment. The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to fabrication, troubleshooting, and equipment optimization in a production or plant environment.
The role involves working on equipment such as cranes, hydraulic systems, pipe handling machinery, conveyors, and custom-built machines. The candidate will be responsible for designing, modifying, and improving mechanical systems to enhance performance, safety, and reliability.
Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD is mandatory, including 3D modeling, detailed drawings, and preparation of fabrication/shop drawings. The candidate should be capable of taking designs from concept to execution, including BOM preparation and coordination with workshop teams.
Hands-on experience with hydraulic systems, rotating equipment, and workshop practices (CNC machining, welding, assembly) is highly preferred. The candidate should be confident in troubleshooting equipment issues and implementing cost-effective engineering solutions.
We are looking for someone proactive, responsible, and result-oriented, with a strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
