Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hydro Jetting Supervisor to oversee high-pressure water cleaning tasks within industrial and oil & gas environments. This position involves leading technical crews, managing equipment operations, and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols during shutdowns or maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities

The Hydro Jetting Supervisor will be accountable for planning and executing daily hydro jetting activities while maintaining safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising and coordinating a team of hydro jetting technicians
• Enforcing safety measures such as PPE use, confined space entry procedures, and conducting Toolbox Talks
• Ensuring all operations meet client specifications and quality benchmarks
• Preparing and maintaining accurate job reports and documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Between 8 and 12 years of hands-on experience in industrial hydro jetting, preferably within oil & gas shutdown projects
• In-depth knowledge of high-pressure pumps and associated accessories
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Familiarity with Permit to Work (PTW) systems
• Strong communication skills in English
• Previous experience working in GCC refinery environments is highly advantageous
