Job Overview

We are urgently seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer specializing in HVAC systems to join our team in Jubail, Eastern Province. This full-time, on-site position involves managing the entire sales cycle for HVAC ducts and accessories, from lead generation and client engagement to closing sales and meeting ambitious monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for cultivating strong client relationships and expanding the company’s market presence. Key duties include:

  • Generating and following up on sales inquiries
  • Preparing accurate estimations and quotations
  • Negotiating effectively to secure work orders and close sales
  • Managing overall sales operations including channel sales
  • Developing and implementing robust sales strategies
  • Ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record in HVAC sales with strong client networks
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC ducts and related accessories
  • Exceptional skills in lead generation and customer relationship management
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Experience in preparing detailed quotations and maintaining sales documentation
  • Ability to work with sales targets ranging from 500,000 to 700,000 SAR monthly
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Capable of developing and executing effective sales plans

Benefits

The compensation package includes a monthly salary ranging from 2,500 to 4,000 SAR, plus food allowance, accommodation, transportation, petrol, and a performance-based commission tied to monthly sales achievements.
