We are seeking talented professionals to join our team as a Mold Design Engineer and a Tool Maker. Key Responsibilities

Mold Design Engineer:

• Create detailed plastic injection mold designs using CAD software like SolidWorks or Siemens NX.
• Conduct mold flow analysis to enhance and optimize mold performance.
• Develop comprehensive manufacturing drawings to guide production.
• Collaborate closely with CNC machining and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Tool Maker / Mold Technician:

• Assemble and fit mold components with precision to meet quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on molds to guarantee optimal operation.
• Operate CNC, EDM, and conventional machining equipment effectively.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and craftsmanship in mold making processes.

Required Skills and Experience

Mold Design Engineer:

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in mold design.
• Deep understanding of injection molding systems and processes.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software tools such as SolidWorks or Siemens NX.
• Experience with medical or precision parts manufacturing is an advantage.

Tool Maker / Mold Technician:

• 3 to 5 years of experience working as a tool maker or mold technician.
• Strong skills in fitting, polishing, and troubleshooting mold components.
• Proven experience working specifically with injection molds.
