Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to oversee and manage maintenance operations across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and facility systems. This role is vital to ensure the continuous and efficient functioning of equipment through both preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead a team of technicians and be accountable for the following tasks:

• Supervising maintenance activities involving mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with equipment and facility systems promptly.
• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Ensuring reliable operation of utilities and overall facility infrastructure.
• Coordinating with site teams and maintaining detailed maintenance records.
• Adhering to safety protocols and responding swiftly to breakdowns or urgent repair needs.

Required Skills and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in maintenance engineering roles.
• Prior experience in industrial or construction environments is preferred.
• Strong leadership qualities with a proven ability to guide teams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to handle complex maintenance challenges.

Work Location

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, serving projects primarily in Dammam.
