The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil engineering and a proven track record spanning at least seven years in the field. Key Responsibilities

The selected Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control and estimation, managing contract documentation, and ensuring projects meet budget and quality expectations. Duties include preparing tender documents, evaluating subcontractor bids, conducting cost analysis, and supporting project managers with financial reporting. The role requires close collaboration with site teams and stakeholders to maintain efficient project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of seven years’ relevant experience in quantity surveying for commercial, residential, and landscaping projects
• Strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and procurement processes
• Proficient in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office suite
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
• Arabic nationals will be preferred
