Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled LOTO Engineer / Coordinator to join a major 1,800 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant project based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role requires extensive experience in lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, energy isolation, and permit-to-work (PTW) systems, with a strong background in power generation projects.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage LOTO permits, coordinate isolation boundaries, and oversee both electrical and mechanical isolation and de-isolation processes. Working closely with pre-commissioning and commissioning teams, you will ensure safe and effective energy isolation practices that align with regulatory and project standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in LOTO and energy isolation within power generation environments
• Comprehensive knowledge of permit-to-work systems and protocols
• Proven background in Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT), Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP), or similar power projects
• Solid pre-commissioning and commissioning experience
• Expertise in handling LOTO permits and managing complex isolation boundaries for electrical and mechanical systems
• Engineering degree, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Prior experience as a LOTO Engineer, Coordinator, or Permit Issuer is strongly preferred
