Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Foreman with 5 to 7 years of Gulf experience to join a leading production HVAC company in Dammam. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and possess a transferable Iqama. This role focuses on overseeing production, assembly, and quality control within HVAC manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

The HVAC Foreman will be accountable for managing production and assembly activities, ensuring all parts stock is maintained accurately, and conducting thorough testing of finished products. Maintaining product quality is paramount, as is collaborating with the Production Engineer to review and interpret technical drawings.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing Air Handling Units (AHU) and packaged HVAC units or similar fields. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems along with electrical work fundamentals is essential. The ability to read mechanical drawings and work closely with engineering teams is a must.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess a valid Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Only candidates with transferable Iqama status will be considered for this position.
