The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of experience working on residential building projects, specifically focusing on power and low current systems. This role demands a professional with a solid educational foundation and hands-on expertise in managing electrical installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

The Electrical Site Engineer will oversee the electrical works on residential construction sites, ensuring that all installations meet quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include monitoring power distribution and low current systems, supervising subcontractors, conducting inspections, and collaborating closely with the project management team to guarantee timely completion. The engineer will also be responsible for maintaining thorough documentation related to QA and QC processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in residential building electrical works, including power distribution and low current systems.
• Strong knowledge of quality control and assurance protocols in construction projects.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and project specifications.
• Ability to work effectively on-site, managing teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Arabic nationality preferred.
