Job Overview

We are currently looking for a skilled CNC Machinist with expertise in programming, setting up, and operating computer-controlled machinery to produce precision hydraulic components. This role is essential in transforming technical blueprints into accurate, high-quality parts while maintaining productivity and rigorous quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

As a CNC Machinist, your duties will include interpreting complex technical drawings and blueprints to program and prepare multi-axis CNC machines, such as mills, lathes, and routers. You’ll be responsible for selecting and loading the proper fixtures, cutting tools, and raw materials, then adjusting machine parameters like speeds, feeds, and offsets to optimize production cycles. Additionally, you will carry out quality inspections using precision measurement tools to ensure all parts meet strict tolerances. Routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines, along with safe tool changes, are also part of your daily tasks. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety guidelines is critical.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience of 2 to 5 years or more in CNC machining or a similar advanced manufacturing role.
• Strong proficiency in interpreting detailed blueprints, CAD models, and schematics.
• Hands-on experience with G&M codes and CNC control systems such as Haas, Mazak, or Fanuc.
• Solid understanding of geometry and trigonometry to assist in machining calculations.
• Ability to operate machines while standing for long periods and perform repetitive manual tasks with precision.
• Capability to lift heavy materials safely as needed in the production process.
