Job Overview

Gulf Technical Factory, located in Dammam’s 2nd Industrial City, is seeking skilled operators across multiple CNC and machining disciplines. We have openings for CNC Lathe Operators, CNC Milling (VMC) Operators, Manual Lathe Operators, 5-Axis VMC Operators, and Integrex Machine Operators. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced machine operators who are looking to advance their careers in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the specific operator role, duties include:

• Setting up and operating CNC and manual machinery safely and efficiently
• Interpreting and working from engineering drawings to achieve production targets
• Selecting, measuring, and setting cutting tools and inserts
• Using precision measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Bore Gauges, and Height Gauges to ensure dimensional accuracy
• Programming and adjusting CNC machines, including 5-axis and multi-tasking Integrex machines
• Aligning workpieces and fixtures for optimal machining
• Handling materials like carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, and alloy steel

Required Skills and Experience

All roles require a minimum of 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience relevant to the respective machine type. Candidates should have solid expertise in:

• Operating and programming their respective machines (CNC Lathe, VMC, 5-Axis VMC, Manual Lathe, or Integrex)
• Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints and understanding GD&T standards
• Machine setup, tool selection, and fixture alignment
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments for quality control
• Working independently while meeting production deadlines

Work Environment

Operators will be based at Gulf Technical Factory in Dammam’s 2nd Industrial City. The environment is industrial and fast-paced, requiring safety consciousness and teamwork.
