Key Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising maintenance activities at the job site. They will oversee and coordinate the maintenance team, ensuring all operations comply with safety regulations and technical standards set forth by Saudi Aramco. Effective communication skills are essential for reporting and collaborating across departments to maintain efficient operational workflows.

Required Skills and Experience

• Professional licensure as an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer from a recognized university
• Minimum of five years’ experience in maintenance within the oil and gas sector
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Aramco technical standards and procedures
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising personnel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to work on-site as required
• Possession of a transferable Iqama

Qualifications

Candidates should be between 30 and 40 years old with valid licensure and proven industry experience. The position demands technical competence coupled with the ability to manage teams effectively in a high-pressure environment.
