Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Coating Quality Control Inspector and Coating Crew Supervisor with a proven track record and Aramco approval. This role is open exclusively to candidates willing to undergo a local transfer, with work locations based in Dammam and Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise coating application processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct thorough inspections and tests to monitor coating integrity and performance.
• Lead and manage the coating crew to maintain high safety and efficiency standards during operations.
• Coordinate with project teams and report findings to ensure all coating activities meet Aramco requirements.
• Identify any non-conformities and implement corrective measures promptly.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Coating QC Inspector and Coating Crew Supervisor.
• Aramco approval is mandatory for this position.
• Strong knowledge of coating materials, application methods, and quality control procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities to effectively manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to transfer requirements within Saudi Arabia.
