Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineer (Saudi National) to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves planning, designing, and supervising a variety of civil infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, and utilities, all aligning with sustainable development goals across the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

As a Civil Engineer, you will play a vital role in overseeing and coordinating technical inspections of civil works. Your tasks will include reviewing design drawings, material submissions, and as-built documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. You will develop and evaluate engineering designs, support senior engineers with quality inspections, quantity estimations, and regulatory compliance assessments. Participation in site meetings and progress reporting is also expected, alongside ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality expectations, and the Saudi Building Code (SBC). Additional duties will be assigned by project leads as needed, and professional development through training sessions will be encouraged. Flexibility to work at various sites within Saudi Arabia is required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Active membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• At least 3 years of experience in relevant civil engineering roles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC).
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated proactive attitude with eagerness for continuous learning and career development.
• Willingness to travel and relocate within Saudi Arabia depending on project needs.
