We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Equipment Rental Clerk to support our rental operations in Dammam. This role involves managing the rental process, maintaining customer records, and providing exceptional service in our busy equipment rental shop.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for issuing and receiving rental equipment, accurately preparing and managing customer invoices through our computer system, and maintaining customer data with attention to detail. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations of the shop are also essential parts of this position.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Must be Muslim and hold Indian or Pakistani nationality
- Basic computer skills, including invoicing and data entry
- Reliable, honest, and well-organized with a responsible work ethic
- Previous experience in equipment rental or a similar customer service role is advantageous
Work Environment
