Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to lead and oversee activities on an Industrial EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role demands a professional with extensive experience managing large-scale construction projects, preferably within the industrial sector. Candidates with expertise in plant refurbishment, oil and gas, or airbase projects will find this opportunity well-aligned with their backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

The Construction Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all construction operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This includes managing subcontractors, liaising with stakeholders, enforcing quality standards, and overseeing compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in construction management, specifically within Industrial or EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, and resource management.
• Experience handling plant refurbishment or infrastructure related to oil and gas or airbase facilities is highly desirable.
• Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Educational Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE or BTech) is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification, which will support strategic project management and leadership demands.
