Job Overview

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Site Coordinator to join our construction team in Dammam. This full-time position offers the opportunity to manage daily site operations, ensure smooth communication among all project stakeholders, and support the successful execution of construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

The Site Coordinator will oversee daily on-site coordination, serving as the main point of contact between management, contractors, and site personnel. Responsibilities include resolving on-site issues efficiently, tracking project progress, and providing timely updates to management. The role also involves carrying out administrative duties related to site operations and ensuring assigned tasks from supervisors are completed effectively. Maintaining clear communication within a diverse, multicultural work environment is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory
• Proficiency in Chinese is highly advantageous
• Previous experience in construction site coordination or a related position is preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Willingness to work on-site consistently

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with construction site processes and basic safety protocols will be considered a plus.
