Job Title: Site Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Site Coordinator to support daily operations at the construction site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-site coordination, communication among stakeholders, handling site-related matters, and completing tasks assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily activities and communication at the construction site

Act as a liaison between management, contractors, and site workers

Assist in resolving on-site issues in a timely and professional manner

Monitor site progress and report updates to management

Support documentation and administrative work related to site operations

Follow up on tasks assigned by supervisors and ensure proper execution

Maintain effective communication in a multicultural work environment

Requirements:

Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)

Chinese language skills are a strong advantage

Previous experience in construction site coordination or related roles preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Willingness to work on-site

Preferred Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of construction site processes and safety requirements
