We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Floor Manager to lead and manage the front-of-house operations at a popular dining establishment in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves overseeing daily restaurant activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a smooth and efficient environment for both guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

The Floor Manager will play a crucial role in coordinating front-of-house personnel and delivering an outstanding dining experience. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising and managing the front-of-house team to ensure optimal service delivery
• Maintaining high standards of customer service to maximize guest satisfaction
• Organizing staff schedules to guarantee adequate floor coverage during operating hours
• Addressing and resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Monitoring service flow to keep restaurant operations smooth and efficient
• Providing ongoing training and mentorship for servers and support staff
• Ensuring all staff comply with health, safety, and company regulations

Required Skills and Experience
