Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Estimator to join a reputable construction company based in Al Hasa, Eastern Province. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and possess 12 to 15 years of proven experience estimating civil construction projects across Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive price estimates to support new tender submissions, specifically for EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects. The role focuses on cost estimation related to the civil scope within design and build construction ventures.

• Prepare detailed price estimates for civil construction tenders including earthworks, site preparation, roadworks, and commercial building projects.
• Estimate costs associated with oil and gas facilities, industrial construction, and infrastructure development.
• Provide specialized cost assessments for ARAMCO pipeline projects focusing on civil works.
• Develop estimations for water and sewage network infrastructure projects under NWC guidelines.

Required Skills and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• At least 12-15 years’ experience in civil cost estimation within construction companies or contractors operating in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of EPC project estimation, including earthworks, roads, commercial, industrial, oil and gas, and infrastructure sectors.
• Familiarity with ARAMCO and NWC project standards and requirements is crucial.
