We are urgently seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team for a long-term civil and construction project across Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring project activities stay on track and meet quality standards by:

• Monitoring project scope and promptly reporting any deviations to the Project Manager
• Assisting in the development of project schedules and tracking progress to meet deadlines
• Maintaining and updating project cost records and budgets
• Supporting quality control efforts and documenting inspection reports
• Coordinating with internal departments to plan resources efficiently
• Managing manpower records and attendance monitoring
• Following up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Preparing detailed meeting minutes, progress reports, and status updates
• Maintaining comprehensive project documentation in both hard and soft formats
• Identifying and tracking potential project risks and communicating issues proactively
• Providing assistance during project commissioning and preparing handover documentation

Required Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, candidates should bring:

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar project management support role
• Strong familiarity with project documentation and reporting procedures
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities to collaborate with diverse teams
• Capability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines consistently
• Background in construction or industrial project environments is highly preferred
