Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Tekla Steel Modeler / Detailer to join our structural steel team based in Dammam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing precise 3D steel models and producing detailed fabrication and General Arrangement (GA) drawings utilizing Tekla Structures software. This role ensures the accuracy and compliance of steelwork drawings in line with both Saudi Aramco and AISC standards.

Key Responsibilities

The main tasks include creating detailed 3D structural steel models, preparing GA drawings, and generating comprehensive fabrication and shop drawings. The candidate will also produce bolt lists, material lists, and various reports, while coordinating closely with engineers and project managers to support project execution. Maintaining high standards in all drawings and models is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency with Tekla Structures for steel modeling and detailing
• Strong understanding of steel detailing standards and fabrication processes
• Ability to interpret structural drawings accurately
• At least three years of hands-on experience in steel detailing

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AutoCAD software
• Knowledge of connection detailing in structural steel
• Effective communication skills to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
