Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Supervisor with extensive experience in managing building, infrastructure, and industrial construction projects. This role requires a strong background in civil engineering and proven ability to oversee site operations while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will supervise day-to-day civil construction activities and lead the on-site workforce. Responsibilities include ensuring all work aligns with approved drawings and specifications, coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and project teams, and monitoring productivity and project progress. The Civil Supervisor will also ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, inspect completed work, and assist in project handover processes. Accurate reporting of daily site updates, issues, and resource needs is essential.

Required Skills and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years’ hands-on experience in civil construction projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of civil construction methods, drawings, and quality control procedures.
• Familiarity with Saudi construction regulations and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities with excellent communication skills.

Additional Information

The salary range for this position is between 5,000 and 5,500 SAR. Candidates must confirm agreement with this salary range and hold a transferable Iqama if applicable.
