We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with a solid background in steel fabrication and Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role requires hands-on site management experience and the ability to oversee construction activities independently while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction site, including supervising laborers and subcontractors, coordinating daily site activities, and maintaining smooth communication between clients, consultants, and internal teams. The engineer must ensure all construction processes align with project specifications and safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience within Saudi Arabia’s construction sector.
• Strong expertise in steel fabrication and Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) projects.
• Ability to independently manage site operations and lead teams.
• Proficient in interpreting and working with structural and civil engineering drawings.
• Effective problem-solving skills paired with excellent communication capabilities.
• Familiarity with local safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
