Job Overview

We are looking for a full-time Estimator and Project Manager to join our team in Dammam. This role involves managing multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring schedules are maintained, crews and subcontractors are coordinated, and quality standards are met while staying within budget. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys facing varied challenges daily, and maintains a positive and energetic approach to their work.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily progress on job sites, scheduling all phases of each project, and ensuring all tasks align with project timelines and budgets. Additional duties include preparing and submitting accurate estimates for new projects, assembling bid packets, selecting and approving vendors and subcontractors, and monitoring their work quality. Timely ordering and coordination of materials based on production lead times is essential, as is conducting safety inspections and quality control reviews. The manager will also handle punch lists and swiftly resolve any issues that arise during projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in construction project estimation or a closely related role.
• Strong proficiency in estimating software such as ProEst, PlanSwift, or similar tools.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Foundation software.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Excellent mathematical, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Experience in design-build and turnkey project delivery methods.
• Thorough knowledge of building codes, materials, construction methods, and cost structures.
• Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) designation is advantageous but not mandatory.

Work Environment

This position requires active presence on various construction sites, engaging with crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Candidates must be adaptable to a fast-paced and changing environment, capable of responding efficiently to on-site challenges and client needs, all while upholding high standards for quality and safety.
