Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale projects within Saudi ARAMCO environments. This role is based in Al Hasa, Jafurah, Eastern Province and requires a proven track record overseeing construction activities from mobilization to project handover, ensuring quality, budget compliance, and strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The Construction Manager will be responsible for leading all on-site operations, including planning, scheduling, and coordination with multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors. Duties include managing mobilization, execution, monitoring, controlling, and final demobilization phases of projects. The role also involves preparing construction method statements and collaborating closely with the quality control team to secure material approvals and close out nonconformances.

Experience working on cross-country pipeline projects is essential, including handling right-of-way preparation, trench excavation, backfilling, earthworks, and site preparation for infrastructure such as roads. The manager will also supervise cost control measures, minimize idle resources, and support planning engineers in compiling detailed progress and monthly reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10 to 15 years of overall construction experience.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years as a Construction Manager on Saudi ARAMCO projects.
• Valid ARAMCO approval as a Construction Manager is mandatory.
• Proven expertise in cross-country pipeline and earthworks construction.
• Strong ability to coordinate with quality and planning teams to manage documentation and variation orders.
