Job Overview

We are currently seeking a qualified Construction Engineer for a reputable client based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for Saudi nationals with a background in engineering, project management, and construction supervision. The position involves field and office work, supporting various construction and earthwork activities.

Key Responsibilities

The Construction Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring construction projects. This includes overseeing earthwork operations, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality control across all phases. The role also requires effective communication with the project team and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience in construction roles, project management, and earthwork activities.
• Strong understanding of safety standards, quality assurance, and construction procedures.
• Proficient in construction planning, scheduling, and cost control techniques.
• Familiarity with surveying methods and related software applications.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and effective team management skills.

Work Environment

The position involves working in remote field locations as a Field Engineer, as well as office-based tasks at the SPARK location for Office Engineers. Candidates should be comfortable operating in dynamic environments and adapting to on-site project demands.
