We are seeking two skilled Civil Supervisors to join our team for a long-term villa construction project based in Dammam. The ideal candidates will oversee and manage all finishing works on site, ensuring quality and punctual completion throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibility will be to supervise the entire finishing phase of villa construction, coordinating site activities efficiently and maintaining high standards of workmanship. Civil Supervisors will be tasked with overseeing daily operations, managing labor teams, and ensuring compliance with project timelines and safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in supervising villa or residential construction projects
• Strong site management and organizational abilities
• Capability to handle multiple tasks and resolve on-site challenges effectively
• Valid Iqama is mandatory for all applicants
• Possession of valid insurance coverage
