Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a qualified Civil Supervisor to join our team in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. This role is specifically tailored for professionals with experience in Oil & Gas or Infrastructure projects, particularly those familiar with Aramco standards and procedures. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, overseeing critical civil construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for supervising various civil construction tasks including concrete work, earthworks, foundations, and paving. Ensuring compliance with quality control measures and adhering to Aramco standards like SAES and SAMSS is essential. The role involves managing Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), handling Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and reviewing Method Statements to guarantee project quality and safety.

Required Skills and Experience

• University degree with at least 7 years of total relevant experience, or a high school diploma with 10 years of experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory capacity within civil or electrical works related to Oil, Gas, or Petrochemical projects.
• Strong knowledge of Aramco standards including SAES, SAMSS, and associated quality assurance protocols.
• Experience managing quality control documentation such as ITPs, NCRs, and Method Statements.
• Expertise in civil activities including concrete pouring, earthworks, foundation construction, and paving.

Additional Information

This role requires candidates to have prior experience working on Aramco projects and being fluent in the quality procedures dictated by Aramco.
