Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Civil Estimator with extensive experience in civil construction projects for a position based in Al Hasa, Eastern Province. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and bring 12 to 15 years of hands-on experience estimating costs for diverse civil construction works within Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries.

Key Responsibilities

The primary role involves preparing accurate and competitive price estimations for tender submissions, focusing on EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects in the civil sector. This includes estimating the costs related to earthworks, site preparation, road construction, commercial buildings, oil and gas facilities, industrial structures, and infrastructure developments. Experience with ARAMCO pipeline construction projects and the estimation of water and sewage networks for NWC (National Water Company) is highly valued. The successful candidate will contribute to bidding for design and build construction projects, ensuring all civil scope estimations are comprehensive and precise.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 12 to 15 years of experience as a Civil Estimator within construction companies or contracting firms in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
• Proven ability to develop detailed cost estimations for a variety of civil construction projects.
• Familiarity with EPC tender preparation and pricing strategies.
• Expertise in ARAMCO pipeline and NWC water and sewage infrastructure project estimations.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate bid submissions.
