Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled Production Manager to lead our bakery and pastry production operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in pastry, bakery, and food manufacturing environments. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality production standards, maintaining food safety compliance, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

As a Production Manager, you will oversee daily bakery and pastry production activities, ensuring all products meet quality and safety standards. Your responsibilities will include managing and training the production team, scheduling workflows, and strictly adhering to product recipes and specifications. You will also be responsible for implementing food safety protocols aligned with SFDA requirements and HACCP standards, supporting new product development, and collaborating closely with procurement for timely material availability.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Proficiency in bakery and pastry production techniques, including knowledge of equipment, utensils, storage, and shelf life management.
• Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to monitor production processes for quality control and food safety compliance.
• Good problem-solving skills to address production challenges effectively.
• Experience in minimizing waste and optimizing production costs.

Qualifications and Requirements

The candidate must have a minimum of five years’ experience in pastry and bakery production management within a food manufacturing setting. Immediate availability is preferred to join the team without delay. Familiarity with food safety standards, including SFDA and HACCP, is essential to uphold product safety and quality.
