Job Overview

We are urgently looking for skilled and experienced professionals to fill multiple culinary positions in Dammam. These roles include Italian Cuisine Chef, Seafood Chef, and Grill Helper Chef. Candidates must be qualified chefs with a strong background in their respective specialties, ready to join a dynamic kitchen team in a well-established setting.

Key Responsibilities

Italian Cuisine Chef: Prepare and present authentic Italian dishes to a high standard, ensuring quality and flavor consistency across all menu items. Maintain kitchen hygiene and comply with food safety regulations while contributing creatively to the Italian menu selection.

Seafood Chef: Handle, prepare, and cook a variety of fish and seafood dishes with expertise. Ensure proper storage and freshness of ingredients while delivering beautifully presented seafood meals that meet the restaurant’s standards.

Helper Chef Grill: Assist with marinating and grilling kebabs and other grill items. Support the grill section with preparation and ensure smooth kitchen operations, maintaining cleanliness and efficiency during service hours.

Requirements

• Certified chef qualification relevant to the role.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position.
• Age below 35 years.
• Minimum height of 5 feet 7 inches.
• Open to candidates of any nationality.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a rotating schedule.

Benefits and Work Conditions

This is a 2-year contract position based in Dammam with attractive benefits including free accommodation, transportation, uniform, and laundry services. The contract provides paid vacation every two years along with a return ticket. A transferable Iqama will be issued with the first transfer free of charge; subsequent transfers will be the candidate’s responsibility.
