Job Overview

Shahi Zaika Restaurant, located in Dammam, is currently seeking a talented Indo-Chinese Chef to join our culinary team. We are looking for a passionate professional with a strong background in both Indian and Chinese cuisines to deliver exceptional dishes that delight our guests.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of traditional Indo-Chinese dishes, including popular Indian curries such as Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, Kadai Chicken, Rogan Josh, Dal Makhani, and Palak Paneer. On the Chinese cuisine side, the role involves creating flavorful gravies and sauces like Manchurian (chicken and vegetarian options), Chili Chicken, Garlic Sauce, Schezwan Sauce, and Hot & Sour. Beyond gravies, the chef will also prepare Chinese starters, soups, main courses, as well as rice and noodle dishes.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven expertise in Indo-Chinese cooking techniques and recipes
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar chef role specializing in Indo-Chinese cuisine
• Ability to maintain consistent quality under high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene standards

Working Conditions and Benefits

This position offers a 12-hour workday schedule to accommodate operational needs. Accommodation and meals will be provided as part of the employee benefits. The job is based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, offering a stable workplace with supportive management.
