Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new client relationships within the manpower and workforce solutions sector. Key duties include promoting staffing, recruitment, and outsourcing services, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating contracts, and consistently meeting sales targets to support overall business expansion.

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants should have between 2 to 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the recruitment or manpower industry. Strong communication and negotiation abilities are essential, along with a sound understanding of the Saudi market. A valid driving license is an advantage.
