We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development and Quality Coordinator to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on advancing business growth within the Oil & Gas sector by providing expert Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership capability with in-depth industry knowledge to effectively meet market demands.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development and Quality Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in the Oil & Gas industry. Your duties include:

• Driving business expansion efforts to increase market presence and client base.
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, contractors, and other essential stakeholders.
• Overseeing quality-related activities to guarantee compliance with both industry-specific NDT and Oil & Gas regulations.
• Ensuring all services conform to international codes, specifications, and clients’ expectations.
• Leading and supporting both technical and administrative teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Keeping abreast of market trends to inform strategic business planning.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least six years of proven experience in business development and/or quality assurance roles within the NDT field for Oil & Gas.
• Strong leadership qualities combined with administrative proficiency.
• Comprehensive understanding of market requirements and industry practices in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Solid knowledge of various NDT methodologies, standards, and quality management systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
