Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Manpower Business Development Coordinator to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on identifying and cultivating new business opportunities in the manpower supply industry, targeting sectors such as Construction, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Logistics, and Facility Management. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in expanding our client base while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include developing new business leads, preparing detailed quotations and proposals, and managing service agreements tailored to client needs. You will actively follow up on tenders, RFQs, and inquiries, working closely with Recruitment, Operations, HR, and Mobilization teams to ensure timely and efficient workforce deployment. Conducting market research and competitor analysis will be essential to discover fresh opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Keeping accurate sales records and meeting monthly and annual targets form a vital part of this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields, accompanied by at least five years of business development experience within the manpower supply sector. A solid understanding of manpower outsourcing and workforce solutions is necessary. Experience with EPC, Construction, Oil & Gas, Industrial, or Facility Management clients is highly preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, are essential. Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills and a valid Saudi driving license would be advantageous.
