We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented professional to lead our transportation operations and expand our business portfolio in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires managing the daily logistics, optimizing fleet performance, and driving new business initiatives to enhance our transport services.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management:

• Coordinate daily transportation and logistics activities to ensure smooth operations
• Supervise drivers, control routes, and monitor the performance of the fleet
• Guarantee on-time deliveries and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Track fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and operational costs to enhance efficiency
• Adhere to all local transport laws and company policies to ensure compliance

Business Development:

• Identify potential clients and develop new contract opportunities
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
• Create and implement plans aimed at increasing revenue and market presence

Requirements

• Proven experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet management
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Basic familiarity with Saudi Arabia’s transportation regulations
• Capability to manage both operational and business development tasks effectively
• Valid driving license is preferred
• Proficiency in Arabic and English, either basic or fluent
