We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager with extensive experience in manpower services and project-based hiring. This role focuses on expanding business operations through effective manpower supply, outsourcing, and securing new contracts, especially within the construction sector in Dammam.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth in manpower supply and outsourcing services. Core duties include sourcing and managing manpower for both project-based and long-term contracts, identifying new business opportunities in construction projects, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring efficient project execution. Additionally, managing the entire process of outsourcing and manpower deployment will be crucial.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should possess 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in manpower services or outsourcing, with proven success in project-based manpower hiring and contract acquisition. A thorough understanding of outsourcing specific to construction projects is essential. Strong communication and negotiation abilities are a must to effectively manage client interactions and secure contracts.

Additional Requirements

Applicants must be currently located in Dammam and ready for immediate transfer of sponsorship. Preference will be given to candidates from Kerala or other South Indian regions. Immediate availability is a critical factor for consideration.
