Procure & Recruit Solutions is collaborating with a prominent international group to expand its presence in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and Industrial Services across Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager who excels at turning market insights into actionable strategies to drive growth within the power generation, utilities, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust pipeline of O&M opportunities. Key tasks include leading bidding processes and managing contract awards, as well as establishing strategic partnerships with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), service providers, and local companies. You will also be expected to spearhead growth initiatives across diverse sectors such as power, water, oil & gas, and petrochemicals.

Required Skills and Experience

• Established network and relationships with industry leaders such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SEC, SWCC, and leading EPC contractors
• Practical experience in O&M, plant maintenance, or other industrial services
• Strong commercial insight coupled with excellent stakeholder management capabilities
• Entrepreneurial approach with a proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
