Job Overview

We are currently looking for a driven Business Development Manager with expertise in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in developing new business opportunities, securing significant supply contracts, and building lasting relationships within the Saudi Arabian market.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business prospects in the F&B sector. This includes developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with key clients such as corporations, hospitals, government bodies, and catering companies. Active participation in government tender processes through approved platforms like Etimad is also a critical part of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven experience in the F&B market within Saudi Arabia, specifically in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
• Demonstrated history of working under a sales target system with consistent achievement of revenue goals.
• Well-established network and relationships across major corporate clients, healthcare institutions, government entities, and catering firms.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to close long-term supply contracts effectively.
• Experience navigating government tenders and procurement platforms such as Etimad.
