We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team in Dammam. This role plays a vital part in managing the financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring precision, integrity, and effective communication to handle essential accounting tasks that directly impact business success.

Key Responsibilities

The Finance Officer will serve as the financial backbone by overseeing comprehensive accounting duties including preparing monthly financial statements, profit and loss reports, and ensuring adherence to VAT compliance requirements.

In addition to reporting, this role involves managing accounts payable and receivable to maintain cost control across various projects. The candidate will ensure timely payments to vendors and monitor procurement expenses, helping keep budgets on track.

Providing strategic financial insights is another critical aspect, such as analyzing the return on investment (ROI) for training initiatives and assisting in budgeting for expansion efforts.

The Finance Officer also acts as a key partner to daily operations by managing payroll for instructors and handling inventory tracking within the hospitality segment, bridging financial data with operational needs.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software with a strong emphasis on accuracy
• High level of confidentiality and integrity when working with sensitive financial and payroll information
• Excellent communication skills to clearly present financial information and collaborate effectively with leadership
