We are currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Executive Secretary to support the Company President of a prominent hotel chain based in Riyadh. This role is specifically open to Filipino male candidates who possess strong administrative experience and a background in business or hotel management. The position demands a proactive professional capable of managing a broad range of executive office duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Company President, including managing schedules, preparing documents, and handling vital communications. You will be responsible for coordinating travel plans, preparing itineraries, and organizing events, ensuring all executive commitments are met seamlessly.

Additional duties include attending executive meetings to record minutes and monitor follow-up actions, overseeing special projects and initiatives as assigned, and maintaining well-organized filing systems for crucial records. You will also track priorities for the executive team, manage expense reports, invoices, and financial documentation, and handle incoming calls with a focus on prioritizing and redirecting important communications efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years in executive secretary, personal assistant, or a similar administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for office management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with Arabic language proficiency considered an advantage.
  • Strong time management abilities with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when managing tasks and documentation.
  • High professionalism, integrity, and discretion, especially when handling confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact comfortably with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude, along with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating international travel and scheduling across different time zones.
  • Understanding of corporate confidentiality standards and compliance regulations.
  • Familiarity with business analytics, reporting tools, and CRM software.
  • Ability to utilize project management tools and office automation systems.
