We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Secretary to provide vital administrative and organizational support within the department. This role plays a key part in facilitating smooth daily operations and ensuring compliance with institutional standards through effective coordination, comprehensive document handling, and efficient communication both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

The Administrative Secretary will manage a variety of duties including organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and administrative events to maintain operational flow. Preparing and drafting official correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes in line with organizational protocols is also essential. The role requires oversight of both paper and electronic document management systems, ensuring secure and organized storage.

This position also involves coordinating communication between multiple departments to support decision-making processes. Handling visitor reception, managing phone calls, and responding to emails professionally are part of the daily tasks. Additionally, the Administrative Secretary will track the implementation of administrative decisions and provide routine reports to senior management.

Supporting compliance documentation and assisting in the creation of presentations and official materials for Board of Directors or high-level committees will contribute to overall organizational effectiveness.
