Job Overview

A reputable company based in the Eastern Province is looking to hire a skilled Accountant to support its financial operations. This role is ideal for candidates with solid accounting experience who are proficient in VAT regulations and cost analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting activities including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Monitor and analyze costs to support effective cost control processes.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, taxation, and Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) requirements.
• Utilize accounting software efficiently to maintain accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with team members and also work independently when required.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in accounting roles.
• Proficiency in Arabic language is preferred to facilitate business communications.
• In-depth understanding of VAT rules, taxation laws, and ZATCA guidelines.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with cost monitoring, control, and analytical methodologies.
