Universal Bridge Logistics Co. (UBLCO) is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable and Payable Specialist to join their team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing all financial transactions related to receivables and payables, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards within the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounts receivable and payable processes. This includes timely invoicing, coordinating collections, processing vendor payments, and reconciling financial statements to maintain accurate records. Collaboration with the operations team and management will be essential to address financial matters promptly. Additionally, the role will support month-end closing activities and assist with basic financial reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience handling accounts receivable and payable, preferably within the logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with various accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail with an ability to meet deadlines consistently.
